Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Dandeloop is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will do our best to assist.
