How much is shipping?
We provide FREE Shipping for orders with a minimum spend of MYR200
How are your pieces made?
Each piece is handmade and woven one bead at a time. Most items are made to order unless otherwise stated on the website. Because every piece is crafted by hand, no two are ever exactly alike, making each one uniquely yours.
How should I care for my jewellery?
Our pieces are made using Japanese Miyuki beads, known for their quality and durability. They can withstand occasional contact with water, but we recommend handling them with care to keep them looking their best for years to come. Treat them gently, just as you would any handmade treasure.
Do you offer custom colours or custom designs?
Yes! We love bringing new ideas to life. If you'd like a piece in a different colour combination or have a custom design in mind, please visit our Custom Orders page to get started.
How long will my order take to ship?
For orders within Malaysia, please allow approximately 3–4 working days for delivery after your order has been completed.
For international orders, delivery times vary depending on the destination and courier service.
