At Dandeloop, each necklace is handmade and one of a kind. Once a piece is sold, it cannot be replaced or recreated.

For this reason, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect purchases, or personal preferences.

Please review all product photos, descriptions, measurements, and details carefully before placing your order.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hellodandeloop@gmail.com. We will review each case individually and work with you to find a suitable solution.
